เมื่อวันที่ ๑๓ กันยายน ๒๕๕๗ สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ ได้จัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวให้แก่นักเรียนไทยมุสลิมทุนรัฐบาลมาเลเซีย ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ ๕ โดยเชิญผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและมหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ รวมถึงผู้นำนักศึกษาไทยในมาเลเซีย มาร่วมประชุมให้ความรู้แก่นักเรียนจำนวน ๔๔ คนเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการศึกษาต่อในระดับที่สูงขึ้นเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับศักยภาพและสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันโดยคำนึงว่าทั้งไทยและมาเลเซียกำลังจะก้าวเข้าสู่การเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนในปี ๒๕๕๘ ในโอกาสนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากนายกฤต ไกรจิตติ เอกอัครราชทูต เป็นประธานเปิดงานและเลี้ยงอาหารกลางวันแก่วิทยากร นักเรียน และกลุ่มข้าราชการแรกเข้ากระทรวงการต่างประเทศที่ร่วมสังเกตการณ์

 

On 13 September 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy, Kuala Lumpur, organized a career-counselling session for Thai students currently under the Malaysian Government scholarship programme, who are studying in their final year in Kajang and Labu federal religious secondary schools in Malaysia. On this occasion, the Embassy invited experts from the Ministry of Education of Thailand and Princess of Naradhiwas University, as well as leading Thai students in Malaysia, to provide the 44 students with advice regarding further or higher study in order to suit their ability, potential and the changing world, given that Thailand and Malaysia will both enter the ASEAN Community next year. In addition to the main activities, H.E. Mr. Krit Kraichitti, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, provided the students with some insights and hosted a luncheon for both the students and the speakers.
