On 15 November 2024, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, was invited to participate in the Appreciation Dinner Selangor International Business Summit (SIES) 2024, whereby YAB Dato' Seri Amirudin Bin Shari, Menteri Besar of Selangor, was the Guest of Honour at The Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

 

On this occasion, Mr. Worawan Wanwil, Minister Counsellor (Commercial)/ Director of DITP (Malaysia) received the Appreciation Award from YB Tuan Ng Sze Han, Selangor State Executive Councillor of Investment, Trade and Mobility. The Appreciation Award recognises Thailand’s hosting of the Thailand Week 2024, co-located with the SIES 2024 during 16 - 19 October 2024 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. The Thailand Week 2024 was successful and well received by the public.

 

The Royal Thai Embassy wishes to extend its sincere congratulations to the Selangor State on the successful hosting of the SIES 2024 and stands ready to further promote Thailand - Malaysia economic relations towards the bilateral trade and investment target.
