On 22 June 2023, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia congratulated the Executives of the CPOC (Carigali – PTTEPI Operating Company Sdn. Bhd.) led by Ms. Kanchanan Panananda, General Manager on the CPOC’s new office opening at Permata Sapura Building, Kuala Lumpur. H.E. Lada was welcomed by the Executives of the MTJA (Malaysia-Thailand Joint Authority), PTTEP International Limited (Thailand), and PC JDA Limited (Malaysia).

          CPOC acts as a joint entity between Thailand and Malaysia through PTTEP International Limited (Thailand) and PC JDA Limited (Malaysia) and serves as an operator in the Joint Development Area (JDA).
