On 19 June 2024, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, welcomed General Kittisak Boonprathamchai, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army and Head of the Neighbouring Countries Coordination Center (NCCC) of Army Operations Center and delegation, at the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, on the occasion of the delegation’s visit to Malaysia during 19 - 21 June 2024, to foster the long-standing relationship between the Royal Thai Army and its counterparts, especially Malaysia.

 

The Ambassador and the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army and Head of the NCCC cordially exchanged views and information on the development of the relations between the Royal Thai Army and the Malaysian Army, NCCC’s mission in cooperation with Malaysian counterparts, as well as the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through proactive diplomacy, in working closely with Royal Thai Survey Department and related agencies, under the Joint Thailand – Malaysia Land Boundary Committee (LBC).

 

The Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and NCCC will continue to coordinate actively through the Office of the Army Attaché in Kuala Lumpur.
