On 4 July 2023, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia received a courtesy call by Dato’ Zhiyong Zhao, HESS Vice President, Asia and Mr. Richard Chia, Senior Manager for JDA (Joint Development Area) and CHOC (Carigali – HESS Operating Company Sdn. Bhd.).

   
          H.E. Ambassador Lada discussed and exchanged information on the latest developments of CHOC’s operation in the JDA, in which it acts as operator of the JDA’s block A-18. The meeting was cordial and in great ambience. Prior to this, H.E. Ambassador Lada met with the Executives during the Hari Raya open house at Malaysia-Thailand Joint Authority (MTJA) and the JDA Golf Tournament hosted by CPOC (Carigali – PTTEPI Operating Company Sdn. Bhd.), which aimed to enhance friendship among concerned Thai and Malaysian authorities working in the JDA.
