The applicants are advised to request a visa at least 30 working days before the intended date of travel, by filling in the information and upload all required documents online at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ (Please note that the visa application fee is non-refundable)

Required documents to upload in the system (Large and clear JPEG or PDF format)

1. Workcation (Digital nomad/remote worker/foreign talent/freelancer)

2. Thai soft power-related activities e.g. Muaythai, Thai culinary training and medical treatment.

3. Spouses and children under 20 years old of DTV visa holders

IMPORTANT:

(1) Nigerian citizens are required to submit the original Clearance Certificate issued by Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) or

the Letter of Good Conduct issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.

(2) If the applicant does not submit all listed documents or submits a screenshot or an unclear file, more supporting documents might be requested, which will delay the visa processing time.

(3) Additional documents may be required as deemed necessary by the Royal Thai Embassy.

(4) All supporting documents issued outside of Thailand and Malaysia must be accompanied by English translations, certified and notarized

by an embassy or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs only.

(5) The Royal Thai Embassy reserves the right to reject any visa application if the documents and reasons given are not fully supported.

The decision of the Consular Section on all visa applications is deemed final.

(6) The visa fee is non-refundable.

(7) The processing time for DTV may take approximately 1 month or more, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
