Those who wish to stay longer or may wish to change their type of visa must apply for permission at the Office of Immigration Bureau located on Government Center B, Chaengwattana Soi 7, Laksi, Bangkok 10210, Tel 0-2141-9889 (or at http://www.immigration.go.th). The extension of stay as well as the change of certain types of visa is solely at the discretion of the Immigration officer

 

Processing time:

Visa processing will usually take 2 business days or 45 business days (if necessary)

Visa collection will be the next working day by walk-in. (please note our Official Holidays)

Visa Fee:

- Transit visa (Single-entry) is 125 MYR

- Tourist visa (Single-entry) is 160 MYR

- Non-immigrant visa (Single-Entry) is 320 MYR

- Non-immigrant visa (Multiple-entry) is 800 MYR (applicable for business purposes only)

- Visa fee is exempted for citizens of Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Tunisia

Remarks:

1. All requirements are required in Thai or English
2. Group family members will be required for a certificate of relationship (e.g. birth/marriage certificate)
3. Visa applicants without an appointment will not be accepted.
4. The Royal Thai Embassy deserved the right to refuse the visa application with no reason provided and no refund.
