The applicants are advised to request a visa, at least 15 working days before the intended date of travel, by filling in the information and upload all required documents online at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ (Please note that the visa application fee is non-refundable)

Required documents to upload in the system (Large and clear JPEG or PDF format)
1. To work with the government, diplomatic mission or an international organisation in Thailand |
2. To attend a meeting with the Thai government agency |
3. For participants in Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) programme |
4. For family or dependent of diplomatic officers /officials based in Thailand |
***If the applicant not submitting all listed documents or submitted a screenshot or unclear file, he/she will get a request for more documents which will delay the Visa processing time |
*** The Royal Thai Embassy reserves the right to reject any visa application if the reasons given are not fully supported and the visa fee is non-refundable. *** Additional documents may be required as deemed necessary by the Royal Thai Embassy. ***All supporting materials that are issued outside of Thailand and Malaysia must be accompanied by certified English translations and notarized by an Embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs only*** |
