Visa procedures for Non-Thai Nationals wishing to obtain a Tourist Visa (Single Entry) to participate MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions) supported by TCEB (Thailand Convention Exhibition Bureau)
TR-Single Entry: This Visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. Travellers must enter Thailand within the said 3-month period. The period of stay in Thailand is up to 60 days, counting from the entry date. *The extension is possible for another 30 days, with a maximum period of stay of 90 days, counting from the entry date.

– A copy of the permanent resident in Malaysia (PR card) or a copy of a valid Malaysian visa (at least 3 months validity). For the E-Malaysian Pass, a photocopy must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Wisma Putra) before applying to the embassy. (mandatory) – Proof of being employed or a student in Malaysia e.g., the employment letter from the company, the certificate of student status from the institute, business license/registration if self-business, or a copy of MM2H registration. The letter must mention the applicant’s name, position and dates of visiting Thailand. ***Please note that the acceptance or job offer is not sufficient*** For self-employed, business license or business registration indicating the applicant’s name. |
**For Nigerian citizens, the original Clearance Certificate issued by Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) or the Letter of Good Conduct issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia must be attached. |
*** If the applicant not submitting all listed documents or submitted a screenshot or unclear file, he/she will get a request for more documents which will delay the Visa processing time |
*** The Royal Thai Embassy reserves the right to reject any visa application if the reasons given are not fully supported and the visa fee is non-refundable. *** Additional documents may be required as deemed necessary by the Royal Thai Embassy. ***All supporting materials that are issued outside of Thailand and Malaysia must be accompanied by certified English translations and notarized by an Embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs only*** |
