เมื่อวันที่ ๒๒ สิงหาคม ๒๕๕๗ นายกฤต ไกรจิตติ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ ได้ให้สัมภาษณ์แก่คณะสื่อมวลชนไทย ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ผู้แทนจากสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย (เอ็นบีที) และสถานีโทรทัศน์รัฐสภา ซึ่งเดินทางมาถ่ายทำสกู๊ปสารคดีในมาเลเซียเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมพร้อมเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน และระบบรัฐสภามาเลเซียตามลำดับ โดยนอกเหนือจากการตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับระบบการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ และการเตรียมพร้อมเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของมาเลเซียแล้ว เอกอัครราชทูตยังได้ใช้โอกาสนี้ย้ำถึงความสำคัญของความร่วมมือในฐานะญาติมิตรระหว่างไทยกับมาเลเซียภายใต้ประชาคมอาเซียนอีกด้วย

 

On 22 August 2014, H.E. Mr. Krit Kraichitti, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, gave interviews to members of the Thai media, namely NBT and Parliament TV, who visited Malaysia to film documentary scoops about preparation of Malaysia towards the forthcoming ASEAN Community and the parliamentary system of Malaysia. On this occasion, apart from answering set questions regarding general political and economic situation and Malaysia's preparedness for AC, H.E. the Ambassador also stressed the importance of cooperation between ASEAN nations, especially the long-related Thailand and Malaysia, in light of the emerging competition within the ASEAN Community.
