The Royal Thai Embassy, Kuala Lumpur has been made aware of various business fraudulent from entities claimed to be Thai registered companies. In this regards, the Embassy wishes to provide the following guidelines advised by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand as follows;

1. In case of business fraudulent, file a police report at the police station in Thailand where the fraud took place or where the particular Thai company is said to be located.

2. In case of online scamming or online business fraud, the company can file a complaint at the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD), Royal Thai Police, The Government Complex, Chaeng Watthana Road, Bangkok 10210, Tel: +66 (0) 2-142-255- 60, e-mail: [email protected].
