On 15 June 2019, H.E. Mr. Narong Sasitorn, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, joined the grand opening ceremony of Central i-City, Selangor. The official launch of the Central i-City shopping centre was presided by Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah. In addition, the Ambassador also joined the official opening event of Café Amazon and gave an opening remarks.
