On 4 April 2025, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, visited the Embassy of the Lao PDR in Malaysia to sign the condolence book on the passing of General Khamtai Siphandone, former President of the Lao PDR and former President of the Lao PDR’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee. On this occasion, the Ambassador conveyed her condolences through H.E. Mr. Thepthavone Sengmany, the Ambassador of the Lao PDR to Malaysia, to the government and the people of Lao PDR.
