On 5 July 2023, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia welcomed Rear Admiral Warapart Rajatasankha, Commander Patrol Squadron of the Royal Thai Fleet, and Royal Thai Navy delegation at the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, during his visit to Malaysia to oversee the TALAY LAUT 24/2023 joint naval exercises, between 2 - 6 July 2023 in Kuantan, Pahang.

            Both sides discussed the exchange of visits between the Royal Thai Navy and the Royal Malaysian Navy at various levels and important role the Offices of Military Attaché attached to the Embassy could play in relevant areas, which would help strengthen Thailand – Malaysia bilateral relations. In this regard, the Commander Patrol Squadron of the Royal Thai Fleet expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to call on the Ambassador as well as the Embassy’s readiness in its continued support of the Royal Thai Navy’s missions.
