Visa for Non-Thai Nationals who are a spouse, parents, or children of Thai Nationals or Non-Thai Nationals who reside in Thailand with a valid work permit or stay permit. 

**Please note that the family of Non-O does not qualify for a Non-Immigrant Visa type O. They may instead apply for a Tourist visa or other types of visas they are qualified for.**

 

The applicants are advised to request a visa, at least 15 working days before the intended date of travel, by filling in the information and upload all required documents online at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ (Please note that the visa application fee is non-refundable)

1. To stay with non-Thai family residing in Thailand (more than 60 days): To accompany the main applicant of a NON-B or NON-ED visa.

2. To stay with Thai family residing in Thailand (more than 60 days): for spouses or children of Thai nationals. 

NON-O8_dependent

IMPORTANT:

*For Nigerian citizens, the original Clearance Certificate issued by Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) or the Letter of Good Conduct issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia must be attached.

 

** If the applicant not submitting all listed documents or submitted a screenshot or unclear file, he/she will get a request for more documents, which will delay the Visa processing time.

*** Additional documents may be required as deemed necessary by the Royal Thai Embassy.

 

***All supporting materials that are issued outside of Thailand and Malaysia must be accompanied by certified English translations and notarized by an Embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs only.

 

*** The Royal Thai Embassy reserves the right to reject any visa application if the reasons given are not fully supported, and the visa fee is non-refundable.
