Guideline for E-VISA Application
ATTENTION:
- The applicants are advised to request a visa, at least 15 working days before the intended date of travel, by filling in the information and uploading all required documents online at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/
- The e-visa processing approximately takes 7 days (if the application is incomplete, the processing may be extended)

- Visa fee is nonrefundable, please double-check all information before submitting, especially if your device is using auto-fill or auto-correct. Mismatch information will be rejected as the officers are not able to edit any information entered by the applicant. Applicants will have to re-submit and the Visa fee is non-refundable.
- Citizens of specific countries who are non-residents in Malaysia need at least 45 days to process a visa.
** Citizens of Afghanistan, Iraq, and North Korea will also need at least 45 days to be processed, even if they reside in Malaysia. **

REMARKS:
** The Royal Thai Embassy reserved the right to refuse the visa application with no reason provided and no refund. **
**It is recommended to plan and apply for a Visa around 1 month prior to the departure date**
** Please note that most types of Visa have a validity of 90 days, do not apply more than 3 months in advance as your Visa will expire before your travelling date. **
** A visa becomes effective from the date of issuance. If you apply too early the visa may expire before your trip and you will have to re-apply. The fee is nonrefundable. **
