On 18 July 2026, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, was invited to attend the Wedding Reception of Ms. Amyra Sofea Zaidon and Mr. Adam Shariati Nasution, son of Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail, Minister of Home Affairs of Malaysia, at Dewan De Seri Endon Puspanitapuri, Putrajaya. The reception was graced by the presence of Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, and Dato’ Seri Dr. Wan Azizah binti Wan Ismail, the spouse of the Prime Minister of Malaysia, together with members of the Malaysian Cabinet, foreign ambassadors in Malaysia, and distinguished guests from the public and private sectors, as well as the media.
