On 7 December 2025, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, along with the foreign Ambassadors, were invited to attend the Ceremony of the Closing of the Rancakkan Madani with Malaysiaku Program and the National Public Service Reform Convention 2025 at the Dataran Putrajaya.
Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, chaired the Ceremony and delivered a statement, summarizing the government’s work in its third year of administration (2025). Dato’ Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid bin Hamidi and Datuk Amar Haji Fadillah bin Haji Yusof, Deputy Prime Ministers; Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Johari bin Abdul, Speaker of the House of Representatives; Senator Dato’ Awang Beemee bin Awang Ali Basah, President of the Senate; Tan Sri Shamsul Azri bin Abu Bakar, Chief Secretary to the Government; Ministers and Deputy Ministers; Officials, etc, of more than 300,000 participants were present.
Issues of interest among the general public to the government of Malaysia at this townhall sessions were such as gaps between rural and urban communities, access to infrastructure in particular the internet in time of emergency, policy to promote education for the indigenous, nation-building through TVET, alternative energy and water management, etc.
