On 22 August 2024, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia welcomed a courtesy call by H.E. Mr. Hassan Abdelsalam Omer, Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to Malaysia at the Embassy.

 

Both sides exchanged information on Thailand, the bilateral relations between Thailand-Malaysia and Sudan-Malaysia. They also expressed their readiness to enhance Thailand-Sudan bilateral relations, whereby Ambassador Hassan expressed his interest to increase Sudan’s cooperation with Thailand in the areas such as medical tourism, technology and shipping industry, etc.
