On 10 January 2024, H.E Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia received a courtesy call by the PTTEP Malaysia Asset team, led by Mr. Padsakorn Suwanruji, Country Manager, on the occasion of New Year 2024 at the Embassy.

 

Ambassador Lada congratulated Mr. Padsakorn upon his assumption of duty as Malaysia Asset’s new Country Manager since 1 January 2024. She expressed the Embassy’s appreciation for the good cooperation between both sides as well as the Embassy’s readiness to continue its support for Thai businesses and their Thai staff in Malaysia, in line with Thailand’s Proactive Economic Diplomacy.

 

Mr. Padsakorn commended the Embassy’s continued active support for the PTTEP Malaysia Asset and informed of the good developments of its operations both in Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah and Sarawak, in which it also receives good support from Malaysia’s Federal Government and State Governments. He also reiterated the PTTEP Malaysia Asset’s commitment to decarbonisation practices and CSR activities in Malaysia.
