Purpose of visit:
To perform missionary work or other religious activities with an approval from a relevant Governmental Department (R or R-A)
**spouses or children, please apply for Non-Immigrant type (O) visiting or staying with applicant’s family residing in Thailand

| **For Nigerian citizens, the original Clearance Certificate issued by Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) or the Letter of Good Conduct issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia must be attached. |
| ***If the applicant not submitting all listed documents or submitted a screenshot or unclear file, he/she will get a request for more documents which will delay the Visa processing time |
