On 29 September 2025, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, and Mr. Padsakorn Suwanruji, PTTEP Malaysia Asset’s Country Manager, participated in a tree-planting activity at the Bintulu Onshore Receiving Facility (BORF) in Bintulu, Sarawak. The activity symbolised the friendship and close cooperation between the Royal Thai Embassy and the Company through various occasions and collaborative efforts, as well as the mutual support to strengthening sustainable energy security for Thailand and Malaysia.

 

The year 2025 marks the 68th anniversary of Thailand - Malaysia diplomatic relations and the 40th anniversary of the PTTEP’s establishment. PTTEP Malaysia Asset also celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2024 and continues to maintain its significant role and strong cooperation with various stakeholders in Malaysia’s oil and gas industries.
